The role
We are looking for a chef de rang to run a section in the restaurant. you will ensure your tables are set up for service, the restaurants looks clean and tidy, your tables look smart and clean. in service you will ensure your guests have a fantastic time, they order the right type of food and wines, they are served correctly and smoothly. This role will include all the normal chef de rang duties/
Experience
we are looking for a chef de rang with a fresh food fine dining background. you would have worked in a fine dining restaurant in the past, you will have good food knowledge, communication skills, guests skills. you will have worked in rosette or michelin or fine dining restaurants.
