Candidates have the right to be forgotten or removed, this will happen when there is no legal reason to keep the details (ie HMRC tax timescales, HMRC agency worker reporting reports, Police investigations, right to work in the UK record keeping).
By sending your cv we will need to keep a copy of your details so we can be in contact with you. If you are no longer looking or change your mind after applying for a job, please let us know and we can remove you. There is a ‘business need’ to hold onto your cv/details after you submit it to you, so we can make contact which it can take a candidate a few weeks sometimes to call us back.

All incoming and outgoing calls are recorded for training and security reasons. We will not sell these recordings to any 3rd parties. The recordings are used for training the team, ensuring we meet legal requirements and to show as eviedence if required for none payment of client invoices. Our CRM system is linked to our phone system. We will also keep a written summary note on the CRM system about each incoming and outgoing call, as part of the record keeping requirements in the Recruitment Act of 1973.
