Sushi chef required for the sushi section of this restaurant. The standards in the kitchen are very good and would look really good on your CV. This sushi chef role is part of the team who create stunning sushi dishes. Sushi chef £27,000 basic plus service £5000-10000 (33-37k package).
The role
As a sushi chef you will fillet the raw fish, check the freshness, ensure it is prepared correctly. You will prepare the seaweed and rice / other fillings. You will ensure amazing knife skills and the freshest of ingredients. You will prepare and plate the various sushi items in service, all very well presented. This role will include all the standard sushi chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a sushi chef from a sushi background. you will need great presentation skills.
