sous chef – live in – Leicestershire area
Fulltime Position
sous chef, 42k salary, 40 hr contract per week, live in available if required (which is about 1 mile away). This hotel in Leicestershire is all fresh food and is of a good standard. The F&B within this hotel uses fresh and local produce. sous chef required with fresh food background.
The role
we are looking for a sous chef who will support the head chef. you will ensure the sections are all ready for service and the banqueting side is ready for any weddings. you will jump onto sections when required, you will train the chefs, do food orders when head chef is off. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a sous chef with a fresh food background, ideally rosette background too. you will have good knife skills, be organised and able to be hands on.
