Fulltime Position
Sous chef, required for a award winning kitchen restaurant in London with some fantastic meats on the menu. If you love working with different cuts of meats including some rare meats & different cuts of meats, this is for you. Sous chef, £40k package with a range of shift patterns. If your a meat lover, this is the role for you.
The role
We are looking for a fine dining sous chef who can support the head chef in the running of the kitchen, you will also support in running of pass when he is off and running a section on other days. The sections use some amazing meat dishes, you will teach chef de parties your passion for meats. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties of a fine dining kitchen.
Experience
We are looking for a Sous chef who has worked in high end rosette, who has a passion for this standard and who loves using different cuts of meats.
