Sous chef – Matlock area
Fulltime Position
Sous chef required in Matlock area for a fresh food Hotel, serving fantastic dishes and using local seasonal produce. This kitchen will be great for training and the Senior sous chef role is also paying £35,000-36,000 + tips/service
The role
We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to support the head chef in the running of the kitchen and run the pass when the head chef is off. It is a fresh food kitchen so you will cook everything fresh, you will ensure the chef de partie section are all set up for service. You will cook to a high end level. This role will include all the normal Senior Sous Chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef from a fresh food background, able to run the pass, food orders, train chefs and have good knife skills, with a rosette background.
