Fulltime Position
Senior Sous chef required for a seafood kitchen in central London, this is a 4 day a week role, with 3 days off each week. This seafood kitchen serves amazing dishes, fantastic seafood produce is used. Senior sous chef, £55-58k
The role
We are looking for a senior sous chef to support the head chef in the running of this kitchen. You will ensure the kitchen is ready for service, the seafood is all correctly handled and stored and cooked. You will ensure each section runs smoothly, support the head chef in running the pass and jump on sections that are not running to the required standard in service. This role role will include all the normal senior sous chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a Senior sous chef with a passion for seafood, you will love using seafood and have a passion for it. You will be at either a sous chef or senior sous chef level. You will have a strong understanding of seafood storage and cooking.
