senior chef de partie – Mon-Fri
Fulltime Position
Senior chef de partie – private members club – 39 hours – Monday to Friday £30500 salary + £1000 christmas bonus (£500 this year due to Sept start / half way in year) + service charge of £1000 a year + pension fully contributed (which means over £1500 extra in your pay, as the club pays all your pensions & not split like other kitchens). We are currently recruiting for a private members club in London. It is very top quality and has a restaurant for around 50 covers. senior chef de partie to work on the 50 cover restaurant and the events rooms. Overtime is paid at time and half and on the rare time of a saturday function, that is paid at double time.
The role
As senior chef de partie you will work on one of the key sections. You will create top quality menu items, prep your fridge and cook inservice. you will need to be able to work in all sections. This senior chef de partie role will include all the normal senior chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a senior chef de partie with current experience within hotels or members clubs at either chef de partie level or senior chef de partie level. they use great produce, you must be able to work around the sections.
