Fulltime Position
Restaurant Manager required for a Restaurant within driving distance of Darlington, The standard of food your serving will be all fresh food and of a great standard, the menu changes on a regular basis. Restaurant manager salary up to £36k
The role
We are looking for a Restaurant manager who will manage the team in the restaurant, you will ensure the restaurant is ready for service, the wine area is stocked up, the waiter stations are looking clean and tidy and the staff know the menu for the day. You will also take on projects and support the general manager. . This role will include all the normal Restaurant manager duties.
Experience
We are looking for a restaurant manager with good food and drink knowledge, good customer care skills, training skills and a passion to deliver great customer service. You will be at a restaurant manager level or a Assistant manager level ready to step up within a fresh food kitchen.
