Recruitment Apprenticeship in Manchester City Centre (Ducie Street, M1 2JW). March/April 2024 start – however if your finishing college in May, we can delay a start date – apply now.

Fulltime Position

Recruitment Apprenticeship available for our chef recruitment division. As a Recruitment Apprentice you will support the recruitment consultants to source candidates. This role will include a qualification and learning recruitment, which is a great sector to get into.

About the company:

HtE Recruitment are based on the edge of the Northern QTR near Piccadilly train station with shops and a gym next door. The team are very inclusive, they enjoy sport esp Football and all get on really well. We do socials in the office including food based socials and out of the office socials as well. We are looking to grow the team and invest in the next generation of recruiters.

About the role:

As a Recruitment Apprentice you will match on jobs and source candidates, you will register candidates and ensure they meet the requirements. You will inform them about jobs that are suitable and secure them as interested in the roles. You will support in the candidate management and editing CV’s as well. This role is for a chef recruitment desk and would include the standard recruitment resourcer duties.

Long term

The role would start off on the resource side of recruitment and will progress over time. The salary grows as the role grows. The goal is for the role to head towards a recruitment consultant role within a couple of years. We have a consultant road map for this. Recruitment can be good from a earning point after the training period as a Recruitment Apprentice, as recruiters also earn bonus. It is a great sector to get into.

Your skills

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, able to make phone calls and talk on the phone, with good written skills as well. You will be a team player and enjoy working with a team.

Details:

chef recruitment desk
salary £15,000 starting salary, which will increase once you meet set skills. This is above the minimum for a Apprenticeship. The salary goes up to £16000 once set criteria has been met.
Bonus is also available once you look after your own candidates
Manchester city centre
Mon-Thurs 8am to 530pm and friday 8am to 230pm. Early finish on a friday. We have breaks in morning, afternoon and lunches.

Team & Office

We have a team culture with themed days, the office from end of May 2022 is now based in a old Victoria mill and Simply Red recorded in this building as well. This is a 100% office based role.

Hours

This post is a office based role, the hours are Monday to Thursday either 8-530 (or 730-5pm if requested) and on a Friday 8am to 230pm. (We offer flexibility to choose which office hours patterns you would like Mon-Thurs). Early finish on a Friday.

Systems

We use a CRM system, that is really easy to use and makes our life easier. All the registration questions, standard notes and standard emails are all set up ready for you on the CRM. The phone is also integrated to the CRM, so no calling numbers.
