Pastry chef – Michelin
Fulltime Position
Pastry chef required for a Michelin Restaurant in London. This pastry role is working for a Michelin kitchen that is closed Sunday and Monday and only serves dinner. This means it is straight shifts only and focused on just 5 services a week. Pastry chef, working on pastry on own, £40k package.
The role
We are looking for a pastry chef who can work on there own within pastry, you will ensure the pastry items for the tasting menu and main menu are all ready for service. You will create stunning pastry dishes and finish them off in service. This role will include all the normal pastry chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a pastry chef with a Michelin or Rosette background, you will be great at traditional cookery techniques.
