We are looking for a pastry chef at a sous chef level, you will be able to run pastry on your own with support when required. You will create the pastry items as per the function sheet for that day. This role will include all the standard duties you would expect from a pastry chef.
We are looking for a pastry chef who can do rosette level pastry but also pastry for functions as well. You will have a strong pastry knowledge, able to follow the function sheet requirements and able to run pastry. You will be organised and good at presentation, the dishes are of a rosette level.
