As pastry chef who can create a range of pastry items for the Hotel, they produce a range of pastry items for afternoon teas, morning goods, restaurant, banqueting. This role will include all the normal pastry chef duties.
We are looking for a pastry chef from a fresh food kitchen, cooking a range of pastry dishes you will be strong in all areas of pastry. you will be either a pastry chef de partie, pastry sous chef or head pastry chef, with strong pastry chef skills.
