Fulltime Position
pastry chef de partie required in London for a private members club. This role is Wednesday to Saturday on a normal week (3 days off a week on a standard week), £32k + tips/bonus. Standard hours are 11am to 10pm wed-sat
The role
we are looking for a pastry chef de partie for this private members club, you will run the pastry section. This will include lunches, dinners and afternoon teas plus events. The members club has both members and also events/dinners. This role will include all the standard pastry chef de partie duties,
Expeirence
For this pastry chef de partie position we are looking for a candidate at a pastry chef de partie level and able to run the pastry section when you are on . You will have a good all round pastry knowledge.
