The role
We are looking for a pastry chef de partie who will run a pastry section in the kitchen, cooking fresh food rosette multi award winning dishes. This role will include all the standard pastry chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a pastry chef de partie who has worked within a multi rosette kitchen. You will be passionate about Rosette cookery, passion for fine dining and for produce.
