Fulltime Position
Pastry Chef de partie required for a 5star Hotel in London. This role is a new role being created to create even more of a life balance for all the pastry chefs. This is a chilled kitchen, great friendly team that work to a 5 star standard but have fun at the same time. They are currently doing 4 singles and 1 double HOWEVER this will change to 5 singles in time once the new posts are recruited.
The role
We are looking for a pastry chef de partie and a pastry demi chef de partie to run a section in this 5 star hotel. The property is a 5 star property, they have the main restaurant and afternoon teas. This role will include all the standard pastry chef de partie and pastry demi chef de partie duties
Experience
We are looking for a pastry chef de partie and a demi chef de partie who are team players, can work in a easy going kitchen. You will have great pastry skills.
