Sous chef – Michelin
Fulltime Position
Sous chef – required for a Michelin Restaurant in London. This pastry role is working for a Michelin kitchen that is closed Sunday and Monday and only serves dinner. This means it is straight shifts only and focused on just 5 services a week. sous chef working on pastry on own section, £45-48k package.
The role
We are looking for a sous chef to run one of the sections in the kitchen, cooking high standards to a michelin level. you will use your great knife skills to prep your fridge, cook in service and present to the pass amazing michelin dishes. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a sous chef with a Michelin or Rosette background, you will be great at traditional cookery techniques.
