HtE Recruitment is a National Hospitality & catering Recruitment Agency, which started back in 2007. Our 1st placement was a Chef De Partie within a 4 star Central Manchester Hotel. Over the next 16 years, the Hotel sector has been a massive part of our business model.
Our Director, Rick, started his career working in Hotels and did a degree at Sheffield Hallam University. The Hotel market is something he is passionate about and seems to be in the blood here at HtE Recruitment.

The Hotel market is fantastic to work in. We have such a wide range of Hotels in the UK. This ranges from Country House Hotels, Resorts, Branded Hotels like the Holiday Inn & Hilton’s, Franchise Hotels like Double Tree by Hilton, independent hotels working under marketing umbrella’s like Best Western and Luxury Hotels like the Ritz.

For over 16 years, we have recruited for every job title within a Hotel. This has included General Managers, Operations Managers, Revenue Managers, Head Chefs, Chef de Partie’s, Sous Chefs, Restaurant Managers and many others.
It has been interesting seeing the industry changing over the years. 15 years ago Revenue Managers was a very important role in Hotels, these days less Hotels have these positions as they are more central roles & more automated. Other positions have developed in recent years including many hotels having a social media position.
