Importer / Freight Forwarder Position in Felixstowe
Fulltime Position
Import Co-ordinator required for Imports within this freight forwarder. This Felixstowe company imports a wide range of goods into the UK including food items and fashion. Many companies are import goods into the UK with this company via Ocean using LCL and FCL’s. The company is looking to add extra team members within the team.
As Import Co-ordinator you will work on the Imports team, putting prices/quotes together, putting customs documents onto the system and ensure the end to end of the clients you are working with is a smooth import journey. Most clients are far East, India and Turkey. This role is a imports freight forwarder and includes all the normal Freight forwarding duties
Experience
We are looking for a Freight forwarder with a Ocean freight forwarding background and knowledge of customs paperwork ideally and also imports.
