General Manager – Oxfordshire – Hotel
Fulltime Position
General Manager required in the Oxford area for a Hotel and Restaurant, £65k package (inc service charge). This establishment as well as fantastic bedrooms does have a really good Food and Beverage offering, therefore this role would be 5 out of 7 days and some weeks would include weekends due to this. This establishment has a great product, to a high standard, which guests just love. General Manager, Oxfordshire, £65k package.
The role
As a General Manager you will ensure everything within the Hotel runs smoothly. You will ensure the various parts of the operation are running smoothly, from reception to Food and Beverage. You will ensure your team look after the guests really well and invest in your heads of departments. As well as the operational side, you will ensure your REVPAR and F&B GP targets are met. This role will include all the normal General Manager duties.
Experience
We are looking for either a Hotel Operations Manager or a General Manager from a food focused operation. You must have a strong understanding of both the Hotel accommodation side and also the food and beverage side. You will be strong with numbers and forecasting.
