We are looking for a chef de rang to run one of the sections in the Restaurant, you will ensure your tables are set for service, the tables are to the high standard, meet your guests at the table, serve the dishes and work with the commis waiter and runners to ensure your section runs smoothly. This section waiter/ess role will include all the normal duties of a chef de rang.
We are also looking for a head waiter who can run the floor, ensure the chef de rang’s all run the sections smoothly and step into any section as required.
We are looking for a chef de rang or Head waiter from a rosette or fine dining background, able to run a section in the restaurant.
