Fulltime Position
Head Pastry chef, live in, Rosette level, fine dining, amazing location. Do you want to get out of London, still create amazing pastry and looking for a kitchen with live in accommodation. This role could be for you. Head Pastry chef, 35-40kplus service, live in. This role is in Berkshire NOT London, the cost of living is alot lower outside of London.
The role
We are looking for a head pastry chef to run the pastry department of this fantastic kitchen, you will create fantastic pastry dishes, run a team, help push forward the pastry department. This role will include all the normal pastry chef duties of a head pastry chef.
Experience
We are looking for a head pastry chef from a pastry background ideally within high end 2 rosette or 3 rosette. You will have a strong background within this market. you will either be a pastry sous chef or head pastry chef
