Fulltime Position
Head chef required in Nottingham for a Hotel which is wedding focused in the Nottingham area. With the role being banqueting focused the shift patterns can often offer a better work life balance. This is a fantastic property with great menus for wedding guests and events. Salary bracket starts from £35k upwards depending on the background of the head chef. Due tot he nature of a event focused venue, you will be hands on within the role
The role:
As a head chef you will manage this small team in the kitchen. you will ensure everything is ready for the events and weddings. you will ensure the function sheet requirements are all ready on time. This role will include all the normal head chef duties.
Experience
we are looking for a head chef from a fresh food background who is able to run events and weddings. you will be organised and able to run to deadlines.
