Fulltime Position
head chef required for a multi rosette awarded kitchen, you could be a current head chef or a sous chef ready to step up. The food is fantastic and has a team of around 7-8 chefs in the team. This is a great size for a 1st head chef role due to the team size. you will be a foodie chef who likes good quality plates.
The role
we are looking for a head chef from a fresh food multi rosette background. You will manage the team, ensure everything runs smoothly in your team, ensure each section is ready for service and run the pass in service. This role will include all the normal head chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a head chef from a multi rosette background at either a 3 rosette or Michelin or high 2 rosette level. you will have a great eye to detail, great knife skills and a passion for this level of cookery.
