head chef required for a food focused pub in the Deeside. This establishment could offer live in if required otherwise they have parking on site and is in driving distance of Chester. They have a range of dishes on the menu currently and the head chef will help to focus the menu and help steer the operation. head chef, £44k.
The role
As a head chef you will run the kitchen, you will help to focus the menu and the direction of travel of the food. you will develop the team, train the team, ensure each section is ready for service and run the pass in service. with it being a pub, the role is a hands on chef role and will include cooking, this role will include all your standard duties of a head chef
experience
we are looking for a head chef from a fresh food volume background as a head chef or a sous chef looking to step up.
