Fulltime Position
Head chef required in the Burnley area, this is for a Restaurant with rooms, they have wedding, banqueting facilities as well as a small number of rooms. If you are relocating, they can offer live in for the 1st month or so. £35-40k, Head Chef, Burnley part of lancashire.
The role
We are looking for a head chef who has experiuence with boith fresh food restaurants and weddings. you will be organisged, be able to preplan prep lists for weddings and the timing for weddings as well as run the restaurant service. This role will include all the normal head chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a head chef with banqeting,wedding and fresh food restaurant service experience, ideally in a hotel for the wedding side, if not, a venue that does weddings.
