Fulltime Position
Demi chef de partie required in Lincolnshire for a fantastic Gastro pub and Restaurant, the meat and game they cook here is fantastic and you will learn skills about using game in this kitchen. £25000 basic salary + 3000 service/tips. The live in is within a state-of-the-art log cabin, 1-bed, 1-bath in a paddock next to the pub. They close christmas for a week so you get christmas day, boxing day, new years eve and new years day off. you also get 1 weekend off a month
The role
As a demi chef de partie you will learn one of the sections to start with and then learn the other sections, they rotate the sections between the chefs to give everyone the chance to work with the game. The food pictures are amazing, they are a young passionate team. you will prep your section, cook inservice and ensure your section runs well. this role will include all the normal demi chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a demi chef de partie with a passion for food and wanting to learn. They use great meats and game here, so you must want to love working with these types of ingredients
