The role
We are looking for a demi chef de partie to run a section in the kitchen, you will cook and prep your fridge using local produce. This role will include all the normal demi chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a demi chef de partie from a fresh food background, you will have good knife skills and able to deal with seasonal produce.
