Fulltime Position
Commis chef required in the cotswolds, live in available. This establishment is all about the produce. The meats, the fish, the veg, the fruit – the Chef here is all about the products and where the products come from. This is a ideal kitchen for a chef who loves produce, he likes seasonal and local. The style here is rustic but the produce and the meats are totally amazing. If you are passionate about the produce you use and into seasonal, we want to hear from you for this role.
The role
As a Commis chef you will support the chef de parties in the running of sections and help with food prep and learn to cook in the sections. This role will include all the normal Commis chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a commis chef from a fresh food background, a foodie chef who loves the use of seasonal and local meat.
