Chef De Partie required for a Hotel in the oxfordshire area , serving well presented dishes using all fresh food. The hotel is looking for a chef de partie, 28-32k, live in. The hotel has busy weddings
The role
We are looking for a chef de partie to run a section in this 4 star hotel, it is a small team so there various sections etc etc. The hotel has the main restaurant and conferences. The chef de partie will prepare and cook a range of dishes. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
