You will be allocated to one of the section in the kitchen, the sections could include fish and the menu does include a good number of fish dishes. Fish will be core parts of sections however there is also sauce, larder, hot larder and other sections of course. You will prep your fridge for service, cook in service and ensure your dishes are at a award winning level. This role will include all the normal chef de partie level.
We are looking for a chef de partie who has worked with fish, you will be passionate about learning, from a fine dining or rosette background.
