Fulltime Position
chef de partie required for a Hotel on the edge of London. This hotel has Restaurant, banqueting and events. Chef de partie £27-29k, 45hrs a week, with live in at only £260-£280 a month. You can get into London easy and save alot of money on rent as well. please not this role is on the edge of london (zone 6) not central London
The role
We are looking for a chef de partie to run one of the sections in the kitchen, cooking high standards to a 4 star hotel level. you will use your great knife skills to prep your fridge, cook in service and present to the pass hotel standard dishes dishes. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie with a hotel or fresh food background, you will be great at traditional cookery techniques.
