Fulltime Position
Chef de partie for a Restaurant serving Rosette standard food, cooking Japanese inspired dishes, using great produce and presentation. This role is within the Hot kitchen. Chef de partie, £32k + 6k service + other benefits.
The role
We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background to work within the hotel kitchen of this Restaurant. You will be creating Japanese inspired dishes, working in the hotel kitchen. You will run one of the hot sections. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie with a fresh food background, ideally with some knowledge of Japanese dishes.
