Fulltime Position
chef de partie required in central York for a fresh food Hotel, serving fantastic dishes and a range of branded dishes and fresh dishes. Chef de partie 26-30k, 40hrs
The role
we are looking for a chef de partie to run a section in the kitchen, it is a branded fresh food kitchen so you will cook a range of fresh and branded dishes, prep your fridge for service.you will cook to order to the spec. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie from a hotel or branded background, able to run a section and have good knife skills, with a fresh food knowledge
