Fulltime Position
chef de partie required in the cotswolds, live in available. This establishment is all about the produce. The meats, the fish, the veg, the fruit – the Chef here is all about the products and where the products come from. This is a ideal kitchen for a chef who loves produce, he likes seasonal and local. The style here is rustic but the produce and the meats are totally amazing. If you are passionate about the produce you use and into seasonal, we want to hear from you for this role.
The role
As a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, you will prepare the local seasonal ingredients, get your fridge ready for service and cook in service. You will be experienced with some butchery skills, you will know how to handle some great cuts of meat and fish. The main ingredients here speak for themselves and are the centre of the dishes they serve. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background, a foodie chef who loves the use of seasonal and local meat. If you have dreams about great produce, this role is perfect for you. As well as a good eye for produce you will also have good knife skills, good meat skills and good organisation skills.
