Fulltime Position
Chef de partie required for a rosette awarded kitchen in the home counties. If you are looking for a kitchen with amazing produce and a great kitchen for learning and pushing yourself to the next level, this is the kitchen for you. They also offer live in, upto 30k salary with service charge on top, live in available. As a chef de partie, there is nothing better then working with other passionate chefs who love produce.
The role
We are looking for a passionate chef de partie with a passion for ingredients. You will run one of sections in the kitchen, you will prep your kitchen for service and run your section in service. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background within the rosette market, you will be passionate about produce, rosette cooking and fine dining. you will have great knife skills.
