chef de partie – 4 day week – off sunday, monday and tuesday and also closed evenings.

Fulltime Position

Chef de partie required for a Cafe / Restaurant, open Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and open daytime hours. This establishment does create fantastic cake and also a main menu. This role will mainly be on the savoury side of the menu (mains). salary £11.50 to £13.50, working around 30 hours a week, with evenings off and off sunday, monday and tuesday

 

 

The role
We are looking for a chef who will support the kitchen with food prep for the main menu, cook breakfast, prepare sandwiches and lunch dishes. You will cook and create meals to order and the dishes are well presented. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties

Experience
We are looking for a fresh food chef de partie, who can cook savoury dishes, breakfasts and sandwiches. you will enjoy using fresh food, able to cook and present to a good level and have good knife skills.
