chef de partie – Banqueting
Fulltime Position
Chef de partie required for a banqueting department. 4day week of a central London 5 star hotel. This banqueting department does events and banqueting for the Hotel busy event kitchen. Chef de partie £35k+service (OTE around £38k)
The role
As a chef de partie you will manage one of the smaller kitchen sections within this event department, this will also include prep days, cooking to the function sheet, work on buffets and on formal dinners, every day is different. This role includes all the normal chef de partie duties.
Experience
The client is looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background. You will be able to manage a section and be organised.
