Assistant Restaurant manager

The role
We are looking for a Assistant Restaurant manager who will support the team in the running of the restaurant, you will ensure the restaurant is ready for service, the wine area is stocked up, the waiter stations are looking clean and tidy and the staff know the menu for the day. You will also take on projects and support the Restaurant manager. Due to this restaurant adopting the 4 day week model, it means the cross over with the Manager is only 1 day per week, which means you will be running the floor more often in this establishment. This role will include all the normal Assistant Restaurant manager duties. 

Experience
We are looking for a Assistant restaurant manager with good food and drink  knowledge, good customer care skills, training skills and a passion to deliver great customer service.  You will be at a Assistant manager level within a fresh food kitchen.
