Account manager – ocean Freight forwarder in Manchester area
Fulltime Position
Account manager required for a freight forwarder in Manchester. This is a growing freight forwarder and recruiting a couple of new starters to join the team. The company is creating a great office culture and in 2024 will be really focusing on the office culture This is a account manager role and will be also include some operations side and some sales side as well, with the focus being account management. This Account Manager role is office based, £30-40k salary + bonus. The bonus scheme is very generous.
The role:
As a account manager you will work with your clients to ensure the smooth forwarding of the freight, you will ensure any add on sales and also repeat sales as well. You will ensure great account management, that your customers are delighted and happy for repeat business. This is a small and growing team, there will also be some sales and some operations duties as well. The role will include all the normal freight forwarding account manager duties.
Experience
We are looking for a Account manager who has freight forwarding expeirence. This role will include some operations duties as well and some sales duties. You will have a good understanding of ocean freight forwarding.
