head chef fresh food in London for new opening
Fulltime Position
HEAD CHEF is required for a new opening in London, this is a high-end restaurant serving Spanish/Mediterranean high-end dishes. headchef required to be part of the opening of this new kitchen. You will support the GM in the launching of the restaurant and menu. The salary package is £60-70k
The role
As a head chef you will run the kitchen, you will launch the restaurant, ensure it runs smoothly, train the brand new team, set up the kitchen, ensure the dishes are high-end and are of a spanish style (NOT tapas). You will ensure the fine dishes go out of the pass at a great standard. You will run the pass in service and ensure the kitchen sections are ready for service. this role will include all the normal head chef duties.
Expeirence
We are looking for a head chef who has knowledge of Mediterranean cookery and ideally some Spanish cookery knowledge too. You will have a high-end restaurant background with good knife skills.
