sous chef – Great Massingham area
Fulltime Position
sous chef 4 day week required in the Great Massingham part of Norfolk, this establishment is all fresh food and has a brilliant range of meat items to cook with. The menu is all your standard pub classics as well as regional Norfolk farm meats and other ingredients from the area. The food is of a rosette level and has a couple of different menus. This sous chef role for the busy dining pub is paying 35-36k + around 3k service, 4 day week this role is available straight away however if live in accommodation is required, they have that available from end ofseptember.
The role
We are looking for a sous chef who will support the head chef with the running of the kitchen. you will have passion for meats and Norfolk produce. This is a hands on role, you will prep a section ready for service and cook in service. When the head chef is off, you will run the pass. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties.
Experience
For this sous chef role, we are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background, ideally rosette awarded but at least fresh food. They use a good range of meats and norfolk produce, you will need expeirence with meats and passion for this.
