Fulltime Position
Restaurant manager required in the Lake district for a hotel and rosette restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this hotel and manage this fantastic restaurant. salary £33-35k & live in is possible if relocating to the area. This role is a great opportunity to join this team and drive the restaurant forward.
The role
As a Restaurant manager you will run your restaurant, ensure the tables are ready for service, the standards being high. You will allocate the sections to the team, manage the team and ensure the standards are high. you will meet and greet guests on arrival and ensure the service runs smoothly. This role will include all the normal Restaurant management duties.
Experience
we are looking for a Restaurant manager who is from a rosette level background with good food knowledge
