Fulltime Position
Account manager required for a freight forwarder in Manchester. This account manager is responsible for repeat business and turning cold to hot. this role will include client meetings and office-based phone calls too.
The role:
As a account manager you will work with your clients to ensure the smooth forwarding of the freight, you will ensure any add on sales and also repeat sales as well. You will ensure great account management, that your customers are delighted and happy for repeat business. This is a small and growing team, there will also be some sales and some operations duties as well. The role will include all the normal freight forwarding account manager duties.
Experience
We are looking for a Account manager who has freight forwarding expeirence. This role will include some operations duties as well and some sales duties. You will have a good understanding of ocean freight forwarding.
