Pastry Junior sous chef required for a 5 star Hotel in central London. This 5 star Hotel kitchens and menus focuses on British ingredients made into delicious dishes with a touch of imagination, the 5 star Hotel showcases great British produce with a range of menus. This role is within the pastry kitchen. £40k Package – £35,240 basic + service
The role
We are looking for a Pastry Junior sous chef to work under the pastry head chef to create some fantastic British pastry dishes. This will be for the fabulous afternoon tea menu, the main restaurant menu and the lounge menus. You will support the head pastry chef in running pastry on his days off and act as number two. This role will include all the normal duties of a Pastry Junior sous chef.
Experience
As a Junior sous chef in the Pastry department, you will ensure everything runs smoothly during your shift. You will have restaurant service background as well as able to do pastry production.
