Fulltime Position
Chef de partie required for a Restaurant and Bar on the East side of the Lake district. This place offers a fresh food menu and is known locally. They use a great range of regional produce, they go foraging for ingredients and they do there own butchery on site. If you like ingredients, you will like it here.
The role
As a chef de partie you will support the head chef and sous chef in the running of the kitchen. you will prep one of the sections in the kitchen, cooking to a high standard, prep the fridge, cook in service. This role covers all the normal duties of a chef de partie.
