Fulltime Position
Junior sous chef for a Restaurant serving Rosette standard food, cooking Japanese inspired dishes, using great produce and presentation. This role is within the Hot kitchen. Junior sous chef, £34k + 10k service + other benefits.
The role
We are looking for a junior sous chef from a fresh food background to work within the hotel kitchen of this Restaurant. You will be creating Japanese inspired dishes, working in the hotel kitchen. You will run one of the hot sections. You will help teach the other chefs and will be supporting with the pass if the sous chef or head chef is off. This role will include all the normal junior sous chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a junior sous chef with a fresh food background, you will have some knowledge of Japanese dishes.
