Thankyou cashback – to help our candidates  with the cost of living.
 
Between 30th August 2022 and and the 30th October 2022 we are offering a “Thankyou” on selected positions for placements made. This is either for taking a position, we are offering a £100 voucher for Tesco’s or Amazon to help with the cost of living OR  if you refer a candidate you can get a £100 voucher for Amazon or Tesco’s.
 
Here are the details:
  • The candidate must start the new role by 15th November and the offer made & taken by 5pm on the 30th October 2022
  • Only one cashback voucher for a placement. This is either for the candidate, the person who refers or can be split
  • The voucher is sent out after the candidate has worked 12 weeks and the agency has been paid the invoice for the placement by the company
  • This is a cashback scheme and only available, once the Agency has been paid it
  • There is no cash option, this is a gift card option only. The gift cards will be a online gift card UNLESS you are Manchester based and pick up a voucher in person.
  • If the candidate leaves within the 12 weeks, no voucher will apply
  • In the rare situation of the invoice not paid at the 12 week mark, then the voucher is paid once it is then paid. Our client terms are 14 days or 30 days, so this is very rare
  • If you refer a candidate, this must be someone we are not dealing with currently and have not worked with in the past 12 months. The candidate you refer must take a role via us and must stay 12 weeks. The voucher applies only after this period and the agency has been paid to us. Once this happens, you will get a £100 cashback as a gift card voucher. 
  • The vouchers are for Amazon / Tesco’s however with director approval this can be for other retail companies. The agency has chosen these two companies as market leaders
  • The agency takes no responsibly for lost emails with the voucher codes and no responsibility if the retailers go into administration. The agency has chosen these two companies as they are market leaders, if you request another retailer who  goes into administration prior to spending the voucher, the agency takes no responsibility for this.
 
 

These Terms are governed by the law of England & Wales/Scotland/ Northern Ireland and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England & Wales/ Northern Ireland. This is not a employment contract OR is it a contracted liability, this is a thankyou cashback and the spirit of the cashback is just a little thankyou for referring a candidate or taking a role

The cost of living is impacting everyone, the idea of a £100 tesco voucher, is this will cover your christmas meal  OR if you start later in this period the £100 amazon voucher could get you some treating in the new year OR the £100 tesco voucher pays for 1 week food shopping
