Fulltime Position
sous chef required for a michelin star restaurant in london, this is a small michelin restaurant that is all about the plates they serve instead of about volume. This role is ideal for a senior chef de partie or junior sous chef looking to step up to sous chef level. This sous chef role will support the head chef and exec chef in the running of the kitchen. you will ensure the retsuarant sections are ready for service and cook in service on a core section. sous chef, michelin star, London
the role
as a sous chef you will be hands on, you will train new chefs, prep your section and support the head chef, you will step into sections that are sinking and support them. you will ensure the kitchen sections are all ready for service, this role will include all the standard sous chef duties.
experience
we are looking for a sous chef who is either a senior chef de partie or junior sous chef in a 1 michelin kitchen, you must have worked in a star kitchen before and good knife skills. this role is leadl for stepping up
