As a sous chef, you will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen, the kitchen will be fresh food. As sous chef you will train the chef de parties in each section, you will step into sections to run them if required, you will run the pass on the days off of the head chef. You will support the head chef to maintain current awards and win more. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties.
We are looking for a sous chef with a fresh food background within Rosette and fine dining. You will be able to handle and cook a range of great ingredients and understand these ingredients.
salary £ 35-40k
live in if required at £70 per week inc bills
